About

Meta Acoustic Lab is a research lab led by Professor Chengzhi Shi at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Michigan. We focus on both theoretical and experimental research of fundamental acoustics, wave physics, and their applications in imaging and therapeutic ultrasound, metamaterial designs, and underwater communications.
